Land Classifier (Snapshot)

This service provides a land classification for an area of interest for the required dates.

Given an area of interest, start date and optional end date, the algorithm uses the Sentinel-2 classification for each date and combines this with the supplied tree detection and Global Human Settlement Layer data to produce a GeoTIFF classifying the area of interest as follows: no data (0), other (1), dark pixels (2), trees (3), vegetation (4), non-vegetation (5), water (6) and buildings (7).
