SILO Weather

This service provides temperature and rainfall data from the Queensland Government's SILO database for a specified area of interest.

The provided daily products are minimum temperature (degrees C), maximum temperature (degrees C) and rainfall (mm/day). All products are provided at 0.05 degree resolution. You must provide an area of interest and then a start date and optional end date. Note that data is available from 1889 onwards, although maximum temperatures always lag by 1 day so are not available for yesterday when ingesting for the latest date. The imagery is output as a series of GeoTIFF files for each date.
