Mixed Biomass Estimation (Multispectral)

Estimates the amount of pasture biomass for mixed crop types, providing 10m resolution maps and related data over your specified area of interest.

Use this service when you have a mixture of crops within your pasture. Other services are available for specific crop types. This service has been proven to estimate the amount of pasture biomass for mixed crop types. Given an area of interest, the algorithm is run using Sentinel-2 to return the total estimated biomass and average biomass per hectare for the area of interest from the start date to the optional end date. The output is provided as a GeoTIFF showing the estimated biomass in kg per pixel. A preview image is also provided along with a CSV file giving the total and average estimated biomass per paddock/field.
