Sentinel-1 (SAR) GRD

This service provides radiometrically and spatially corrected Sentinel-1 GRD imagery for a specified area of interest.

Sentinel-1 data products provide global synthetic aperture radar images. You must provide an area of interest and then a start date and optional end date. Note that Sentinel-1 data is available from 2017-01-01 onwards. For every day from the start to the end (inclusive), radiometrically and spatially corrected radar responses are then output as separate images representing VH and VV polarisations. The imagery is output as a series of GeoTIFF files, each with a single band representing the polarisations. Preview images are also provided. All GeoTIFF files will have the same geographic projection and resolution. Additional options allow specification of which Sentinel-1 platform, as well as options which control the aggregation of images over a number of days.
