Land Classifier Utilities Change Detection
This service provides change detection between the land classification for an area of interest for the required dates.
Given an area of interest and the assessment date and an assessment period, the algorithm uses the available images to determine any significant changes in the land classification between them and produce a GeoTIFF output outlining the extent and type of change. Changes are represented as either 0 for no change or 2 numbers with the first number indicating the initial classification and the second indicating the changed classification. The classifications are other (1), dark pixels (2), trees (3), vegetation (4), non-vegetation (5), water (6) and buildings (7). For example, if the change is '45', then this indicated that an area of vegetation has been detected as changing to non-vegetation.
