Rothamsted Carbon Model (RothC with Plant Residues at Pixel-level and Confidence Intervals)

This service provides soil organic carbon modelling for an area of interest using the RothC model with plant residues as input. Modelling is performed for every pixel in each feature within the area of interest and confidence intervals are produced.

Given an area of interest and a year, the algorithm computes the turnover of organic carbon in non-waterlogged soil for each pixel within each feature. The 90% confidence interval, median, mean and standard deviation are produced for the soil organic carbon and related outputs.
