Infrastructure Change Detection
This service provides change detection for mud, oil, soil, vegetation, water and texture.
Given an area of interest and the assessment date and an assessment period, the algorithm uses the available images to determine any significant changes between them and produce a GeoTIFF and GeoJSON output outlining the extent and type of change. Changes are represented as either 0 for no change or 2 numbers with the first number indicating the main category and the second indicating that a relative increase in the category has been detected. The categories are labelled as 1 for mud, 2 for oil, 3 for soil, 4 for vegetation, 5 for water and 6 for texture. For example, if the change is '45', then this indicated that an area of vegetation has had an increase in water detected.
